The service was great with a quiet atmosphere. All of the staff members were attentive and affable.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, malls, and coffee shops. It is very close to the railway station, downtown, and the train station. The rooms are spacious and come with comfortable beds. I had a pleasant overnight stay. The location is excellent and ideal, at a medium distance from Central Mosque Almaty.

Connecting to internet (Wi Fi) in rooms was problematic at times. Out of 65 tv channels not one channel was in English. This was very disappointing. Sandard rooms are quite small.

Price (compared to prices in Almaty in general), recently renovated, clean.

There are some small things that I did not like: wlan did not work in the room (except by the door), the aircon never really worked even though it was on, wc-pot. The location was quite central but the area by the railway station was a bit dodgy, especially at night.

This Hotel is Great Value for Money. I paid around €57.00 per night inc all taxes, breakfast and wifi-included throughout the Hotel. I was very pleased with this hotel because in Almaty you can pay much higher rates. The rooms are modern, clean and no issues whatsoever. Breakfast is standard, limited choice and after my 4th day I got bored of the breakfast but I reasoned I only paid a budget price so again was not disappointed. Location is ok... you can reach anywhere in the city for around KZT 400.00 - very cheap. overall I will be coming back to Almaty for business so i would book this hotel again.

Central location: very close to Almaty ii train station Value for money is good in that overpriced city, so hotel is recommended although it has negative points to mention.

Hotel staff is unfriendly and tries to charge you far too much for taxi rides. English conversations are rather difficult. It takes about 10 minutes until you get warm water in the shower and toilet is not always working.. Breakfast is ok but not outstanding.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel despite its central location. The breakfast had a good selection of food and was quite enjoyable. We also appreciated the reasonable prices at the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Central Mosque Almaty. We were moved to a standard twin room and had satellite television, climate control and an individual safe.
